Just had some chinese food delivered to me for the 1st time from this place, delivery guy ripped me off with the money owed back as my change to give me, delivery guy refused to give me it, even tried to make an excuse that he needs to go outside to his car to get it, I said no, I am Security, I dont fall for dumb tricks like that. I could see he had enough money in his hand for the $7.00 change owed me, delivery guy gave me a small $2 back so thats $5 he stole for himself. have not tried the food yet at the time of posting this review, but to be ripped off $5 by the delivery guy is not cool. Probably the 1st and only time im buying food here.

Your delivery service is terrible. Your bald headed delivery guy is an absolute disgrace. Foul mouthed, disgusting, and completely unprofessional.

We visited your restaurant on Friday night. We normally have a great time there and enjoy your service, but the server, Lisa, we had this past Friday did not have a clue what she was doing. She could barely understand or speak English, she could not answer any of the questions we had about the menu, and when we asked for refills on our drinks, she never delivered them. We are sorry for the negative feedback, but this was a very disappointing experience, and we don't plan on returning for a long time.

We had a business lunch for 11 people there yesterday and were very happy with the food and service. We are a business located downtown and have been ordering delivery from them on the occasional Saturdays that we've had to work and decided to try eating at the restaurant. Working downtown we've seen this space home several restaurants in recent years; it's a beautiful interior and it's good to see that Shangri-La didn't do much to change that except for the VERY welcome addition to a rest room on the same level (instead of having to go down to the basement level for the restrooms) Our group order everything from typical lunch combo specials to various sushi dishes and cocktails. Prices were very reasonable as well and staff very friendly and helpful.

Had an unexpected, wonderful takeout experience at lunch today. Food was hot, quickly prepared and cooked fresh and to perfection!!! All of the "extras" I asked for were neatly packaged and the service was great!!

Hi, we're having a lrg corporate party on Dec. 23rd around noon at Source International on 545 Hartford Turnpike. We don't see a catering menu on your page, and were wondering about how much it would be for food for a party of 85 including the basic things you would find in a pupu platter (crab rangoon, chicken fingers, lo mein, rice, chicken wings, shrimp, terriaki sticks and boneless ribs), and also, if you deliver and set up for catering? This place is a upgrade from Ding ho even tho I loved that place too. Shangri-La has the best crab ragoons mai tais and slat n pepper chicken.The staff isn't rude always very welcoming I come all the way from Ct to go there
